The registration session will allow you to register for tryouts, complete registration information, and submit payments.

Saturday, October 25, 2025 @ Capital Clubhouse - 10am-12pm - Ages 14 & Under​

Saturday, November 1, 2025 @ Capital Clubhouse - 10am-12pm - Ages 15s

Saturday, November 1, 2025 @ Capital Clubhouse - 12pm-2pm - Ages 16s

Sunday, November 2, 2025 @ Capital Clubhouse - 11am-2pm - Ages 17-18

PLEASE READ THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW AND COMPLETE STEPS 1-4 Online Registration must occur prior to tryouts.

NO SAME DAY REGISTRATION.

 

STEP 1 COMPLETE CHRVA MEMBER REGISTRATION

• Register with Chesapeake Region Volleyball Association (CHRVA). Your athlete must be registered with CHRVA prior to tryouts.

• Junior CHRVA Full Membership is $60.

• You will be asked to show proof of membership at tryout sign-in.

STEP 2 COMPLETE VCA 2025-2026 TRYOUT REGISTRATION ONLINE

• Complete the online registration by completing all information. Make sure to check the age definition.

• Pay the $45 tryout fee. Please note that the tryout Fee is nonrefundable for any reason.

STEP 3 PRINT AND COMPLETE DOCUMENT

• USA Volleyball medical release form.

STEP 4 PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS AT SIGN-IN TABLE PRIOR TO TRYOUTS

• USAV Medical Release Form

• Proof of USAV Membership (you can show an electronic copy)​
